How did you like Troy's other truck? Did they show you the car they are building? Sorry to get off topic! Looks like a hell of a winter beater!

The car is a bright green Cuda and is in Thunder Bay getting a cage put in. You did see the heart of the car in the garage though.
He also has an old Dart that is probably in storage. He has been working on that since I was a little child.
Also, I am not opposed to hoodstacks, but remember how loud it was with nothing after the turbo? It may be tight throwing a 90 in and have it come up behind the engine... I also don't roll coal.
Fuck. I can't wait for truck adventures!

I made a list of everything needed for safety
To Do:
New tires (two are too worn out to pass)
Bleed brakes again (abs light comes on)
Oil pressure sensor (check gauges light comes on for oil pressure)
Fix rear right door (won't open)
Fix power locks (both front switches don't work)
New battery (battery is stone dead)
Weld exhaust (cracked after the cat)
Fix reverse lights (they randomly work when they want)
Possibly new windshield (stone chip but not cracked yet)
To Come (because I want to replace these)
New brake rotors
New brake pads
New calipers
Replace right rear leaf
Change ball joints
Change sway bar links
Windshield (because the chip is going to spread once its cold)
On a side note, I'm looking for 35x12.50x17 or 315/70R17 tires for a decent price just to get it through safety and then I'm buying winters for the 17's when I have more money put away for tires.

So the ball joints, sway bar links, brakes, brake calipers and leaf spring are not on your list for a safety why?
FUNCTION >FORM

Weren't called for safety, still good, I just didn't like the fact that I had to use a torch and vice grips to open the bleeders when I was bleeding the brakes but apparently they're fine.
So I'm putting new calipers just so later services are easier without rust or torches, I'm going to toss on new rotors, pads, and ball joints since it'll all be apart.
Sway bar links are also fine, just a little worn but not loose, I just want to swap them out with something a little stronger for the ice chunks of winter and with better adjustment for a 3" lift when that day comes so I can still keep a proper alignment
The rear leaf is also fine, still holds and works but one leaf broke and the broken area was removed, I would just feel comfortable replacing that leaf or buy a new pack for both sides if I can find a good price.
I would rather just do it now then when there's snow on the ground
EDIT:
The first list is what legally needs to be done for safety, the second list is what I want to finish before it starts snowing

well since no other HD dodge owners have chimed in...
dont put 35's on it unless youre gonna drop 2 grand on the front suspension. especially if you consider any aftermarket wheels (they'll almost all have some agressive offset). Your front end WILL be destroyed in a matter of weeks. The extra weight and any offset will put strain on everything and its gonna wear out extremely fast. The only way to make it last is to go with carli balljoints, poly track bar bushings, BD box brace, borgeson HD steering box/steering intermediate shaft and skyjacker (or similar) control arms. The advice is yours to take or leave, but im telling you from experience.
It'll survive alright with a good 31" tire on a stock size/dimension wheel with some quality OEM style steering and suspension parts.
