So Euro it hurts... Volcamino! New Summer Beater

So the Precidia was sold and the Pajero had a twisted frame... therefore I got this. And contrary to Thunder Bay... in Toronto I buy Summer Beaters. In TBay I know there are hundreds of us that help each other out... so if a winter beater dies... someone is usually there lending a helping hand. Here is Toronto... every fucktard yuppy is too busy wearing skin tight jeans and has no idea how cars work. Yes there is a car scene... but car people to yuppie ratio is terrible. So I would rather a car implode in the summer so I can get out and not freeze my balls off. Keep the Jetta in the winter for semi reliable transportation. lol Last years was a Mercedes 450SLC. This year... 1981 Volvo 252GLS aka Volcamino. Now the inside welding is terrible. Clearly the guy who did it did not have the welding skills James has... so I was thinking of grinding it clean, preparing and getting rid of the rust and shit weld slag. No plans. Just cleaning and tidying her up. Some time down the road... Custom make a tailgate. (I won't do it... beyond my capability. Unlike people who redneck shit. I like things proper. Hence why the Skodas are still waiting on floors in Thunder Bay)

Already has a safety. Just waiting on a space in my condo to park it. Need to find another so the ol lady doesn't lose her shit.

Cale already knew about this... but to the rest of you... The Volcamino:

Wow!! SO COOL! I miss my volvo already So reliable and well built. Oh and your "but car people to yuppie ratio is terrible" made me lol. And your summer beater idea actually makes a lot of sense.
