    Shifter Kart Project

Hey guys, This was my winter fun project last year, It Sat all last summer Because I had no time to ride it.
Figured I would post it just for something new on here. I found a frame on Kijiji for 150$ and began the long process of cutting off all the extra metal bits that were not needed, next found a 2001 cr80 engine and a set of bridge stone slicks and here is the result. It has a top speed of 60mph which is scary fast for something with ZERO suspension. enjoy

    Ha, thanks.
My initial plan was to build the frame from scratch but I just happen to stumble across one, In hindsight I kinda wish I had just built the frame myself. Next one I will but with a gsxr 600 lol

As for racing I would love to put it on a track but I don't think they would allow home brew Kart's
