Ok. I Read on some forums too that some sort of solenoid filter on those engines are notorious to break/fall apart and get into places they shouldn't be and causing similar symptoms that you're having. How has your temperature gauge been during the rough idle? Has it ever gone higher than normal? I ask because you said you changed the oil and put new oil and it helped a little bit at the beginning. I heard that there's some sort of screening or filter for the oil flow that enters the turbo (although I thought it was just the normal oil filter) and if owners used non-synthetic oil that some sort of clogging happens in the screening part and causes some sort of oil flow loss and causes over heat and straining on the engine. Idling means less air flow to cool down...just a thought. I doubt it but just in case.

I checked the banjo bolts. they removed the screens in 2005 just because of that problem.
