    Tranny and Diff fluid change

Anybody here have any suggestions for shops to do a tranny and diff fluid change? I have the fluids, just need to pay for labor. I've asked Mr. Transmission and they quoted me for 2 hours for labour.....will basically come up to 200 bucks. No thanks. I know it doesn't take 2 hours. I'm trying to avoid Mr. Lube or Great Canadian Oil changers due to my previous experience lol

Or if anybody here wants to make a quick buck, let me know.

The reason I can't do myself is my driveway is way too uneven for jack stands and I'm too busy to do it myself and I haven't attempted a manual transmission and diff fluid change before.

    Thanks.

Give it a shot yourself....I did a lil research and did tran/diff fluid change on the Z last year, first time ever doing it, was pretty easy

What was involved? Jack stands, gravity drain and then a hand pump to fill back up? I'm just not confident to be under my car on jack stands with my driveway lol

just a heads up, stay away from dustys car care, the manager they have now was the worst employee i had while i was managing that place, he has no common sense and knows nothing about vehicles, while doing oil changes he used to accidently drain the transmisions on fwd vehicles instead of the engine (no common sense at all)
there is nobody working there who knows what there doing anymore, just dont want to see anyone get there vehicle f'd up.
go to midas they are very good and very reasonably priced.

Yup! in a nutshell, I just watched a youtube video to see what I was looking for, it was the first time ever doing it myself... everything went pretty damn smooth.

So I decided to go to Midas. They were super chill. Let me hang around while they did the change. Let me see my fluids, put it in a old clear bottle to see the old fluid. Lots of metal shavings. There was a paste on the magnetic drain bolt. So really glad that I did it, even though it's only at 20k kms.

Charged me for an hour's labor. So happy with that. Definitely recommend them.

Hmm. Don't think so. I dealt with a woman at the front desk and a younger guy for the actual servicing.
