I'm already subscribed to them but I'm kind of curious, why don't they post up their videos on the forum? It could be another avenue for them to not only communicate with viewers but possibly expand their audience as well, and I'm sure it would help the forum's current lack of activity and engagement.

I don't think that's the case lol. As soon as someone posts about a Honda they get 20 replies, whenever I post about my car I get one reply, if I'm even that lucky! It just seems like no one wants to share what they're doing anymore and would rather post everything on Facebook since it's quick and easy. I remember years ago some of the guys with crazy builds had posted about how younger people weren't doing interesting builds and while that seems true those same people either aren't doing anything or they're not sharing it anymore.That's because your build is the only good build on the forum, and when you stop modding, people leave!

It's just the way times change, social media is where most people do their posting. I was at Lindsey's house the other day helping with some editing and he even commented how his post on Hondatech - one of the biggest forums in the world - isn't getting any replies like it used to.
Garage B's target audience isn't just Thunder Bay locals, which this forum is geared to. They want to hit a much broader audience so this outlet isn't practical and would be a lot of cross posting as they do weekly or bi-weekly updates. They are focusing on the big 3. YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Back to topic, if you like their content, please subscribe to their channel and ask for their autograph. They could someday be the next PewDiePie.
We would only really promote videos on a forum with admin's support. A lot of forums don't like to see competition for an audience, its basically spamming in some peoples eyes. We know that TBmotoring supports us and we will start to upload links to this thread.
While we do aim for a broader audience outside of Thunder Bay for obvious reasons, we really appreciate the support that we get locally and hope that in the future our content will inspire more growth in the local car community.
So on that note keep track of this thread for new content, clothing, and our giveaways!

Yea I just hate everyone lol. No. I love all the local events and meets and the community. Just what was said above. Back before when I used to post my builds on forums I would get 10s of thousands of views. Now it lands on dead eyes. Might break 100 views if I'm lucky. Most people have changed over to social media. So it makes sense to broadcast to a larger group. That's all. I haven't posted in any forum for years. We will post new vids in here and make anyone aware of give aways. Also in the summer we will have some content about the meets and having some fun!!
Some of us are still stubborn and think social media is stupid. So i still get most of my info from forums which is getting hard to come by.
