    Re: Grocery Getter Build

I have to find winters that will fit it before I can do that. My current winter tires are 205/65/15 or something ridiculous like that. For sure won't fit with the cup kit.

Don't be hatin' on the Math video. Not sure the reason why we did it anymore, but still...

Got my 55/40 FK springs and Koni STR.Ts on. Looks great and it's exactly what I want for a year round daily driver. It's sitting on some OZ Hydras.

Another shot of the finished amp install.

A couple tie wraps and it will be sexy sexy.

Got a replacement clutch release line and I'll be installing it tomorrow and then it will be driving.

It looks really good, with the rim and paint match. You may black those tires.

The tires are pretty bald, but I hope they'll last the season. I'll get some new tires next spring. I wasn't a fan of the silver on the car, but it does look much better with the OZs I threw on it.

I'll be making a nice fiberglass sub enclosure sometime this summer. It will tuck away on the driver side of the hatch and gain all that trunk space back.

    So the wagon drives!!!

The front left tire rubs on the strut, hopefully we can wiggle the strut on the spindle a bit and resolve that. Cruise control and everything works!!! How the fuck did I manage to make everything to work first try?!

Drunk me just bought a TACO side mount intercooler. THe 1.8t guys love it and it should be bolt in on the tdi. I fucking hoipe it is.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI...ht_4013wt_1114

more than 50% larger than the stock one and it doesn't heat soak like the stock one. should be more than enough for my tdi.

    TACO

Who cares where the taco intercooler is made? It works good on the 1.8Ts, so it'll be more than I'll ever need. Rubbing issues seems to be solved. Brakes are pitted like crazy from sitting for the last 4 months. Hopefully a few highway stops will fix that.
